YOU have a choice...choose wisely (& get moving!)


                         Exercise doesn't just "happen"... 
                      YOU need to MAKE IT HAPPEN! 
Today is a good day to start--why not?  If you don't start today, then when? 
Set yourself a goal--remember to START OFF SMALL (baby steps!) and build as the weeks go on.  Don't get frustrated--it takes time!  And you must put in the time though to get to that goal!  Remember, we all have to start somewhere.  In a few months, if you continue (which I hope you do) you'll feel better and look back and think "why didn't I start this sooner?"  So get your sneakers on and get going.  There is no better time than today--in fact, right now!
Enjoy your day and make it a healthy one!
